
HR Director Position

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our organization's people practices in a fast-paced environment.
The role demands a professional who can design, implement, and oversee HR policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.
You will be responsible for policy development, governance, compliance, performance management, grievance redressal, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Policy Development: Design, implement, and update HR policies and frameworks in line with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
- Governance: Drive governance processes, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
- Grievance Redressal: Manage grievance redressal mechanisms, promoting fairness and transparency across the organization.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and appraisals.
- Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the organization.
- Culture Building: Foster a strong culture of employee engagement, motivation, and continuous learning.
- HR Audits: Lead HR audits, MIS reporting, and ensure timely closure of HR-related processes.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
- Education: MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–4 years in a managerial role within a mid-sized organization.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
- Aptitude: Proven experience in performance management, policy governance, and employee relations.
- Social Skills: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Cognitive Abilities: Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in HRMS and Office tools.
