We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our HR team in India. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling and supporting the growth of our team in India, while also ensuring employee retention and personal development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance our employer brand in India
  • Collaborate with ANSR to attract and hire new team members
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new employees
  • Cultivate a supportive work environment that addresses cultural differences and a fast-paced market
Support Employee Retention
  • Foster stable local HR operations and processes
  • Offer attractive benefits to our employees
Support Personal Development
  • Partner with employees to define relevant training and learning opportunities
  • Implement relevant Learning & Development processes locally
  • Establish talent development processes and measures for local team members
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and administrative requirements
  • Provide support to local team and supervisors in all HR matters
  • Serve as HR Business Partner for the business and management of the office in India
Organizational Integration
  • Reports directly to MD India or Head of HR
  • Part of the global HR team, collaborating with the Global Standards Team
Key Performance Indicators
  • Fulfill recruiting targets for India
  • Enhance recruitment process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strengthen our employer brand in India
