
Strategic Retention Marketing Lead

As a key member of our marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of targeted lifecycle campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
You will shape the customer journey for our healthtech brand by designing and executing end-to-end CRM campaigns that improve repeat purchases and strengthen long-term relationships.
Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
They should have prior experience in healthtech, e-pharmacy, or consumer internet sectors and a strong understanding of CRM automation, customer segmentation, and performance metrics.
A data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent cross-functional communication and project leadership skills is essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing
- Prior experience in healthtech, e-pharmacy, or consumer internet sectors
- Strong understanding of CRM automation, customer segmentation, and performance metrics
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Clevertap, Netcore)
- Data-driven, analytical mindset
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project leadership skills
- Results-driven professional with a passion for customer-centric marketing
- Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and drive meaningful personalization
- Strong partnership skills with product, design, analytics, and tech teams
