Cyber Security Strategic Lead

The Cyber Security Strategic Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Cyber Security delivery, ensuring that the delivery meets customer needs and expectations.
This includes resource planning, staffing requirements, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control. The successful candidate will also implement strategies to improve service delivery, lead career development and succession management efforts to ensure employee retention, motivation, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations, oversee a team of 350+ professionals, drive operational excellence, and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the Cyber Security delivery.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Cyber Security strategy in alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Cyber Security services, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance delivery.
- Continually monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, working closely with other leads and the global Cyber Security team to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach across all locations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement, cultivating diversity, and promoting an inclusive workplace.
- Support creation and updates of career pathways to increase organization Cyber Security skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
