Client Acquisition and Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Acquisition and Retention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining existing clients and acquiring new ones through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain current clients and increase customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them with persistence and creativity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and feedback.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with a focus on retention and growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
