Acquisition Specialist

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of major ad platforms, mobile measurement partners, and event setup and analysis.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, and other ad networks/DSPs.
  2. Manage daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit cost per acquisition, lifetime value, and return on investment goals.
  3. Implement structured A/B tests for campaigns, audiences, and creatives.
  4. Ensure accurate event configuration and tracking across ad platforms and Mobile Measurement Partners.
  5. Partner with engineering teams to quality assurance and troubleshoot SDK/event integrations.
">Analytical & Reporting Skills:
  1. Analyze campaign and cohort-level data from ad platforms and Mobile Measurement Partners to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  2. Calculate breakeven points and model projected lifetime value/return on investment by user cohorts.
  3. Understand and act on player journey metrics.
  4. Build dashboards and performance reports in tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  5. Apply predictive modeling and early key performance indicators to forecast long-term user value.
">Strategic Focus:
  1. Develop and execute a full-funnel user acquisition strategy that integrates acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  2. Create and manage audience strategies.
  3. Design and execute re-engagement campaigns for churned or low-activity users.
  4. Collaborate with customer relationship management and product teams to connect user acquisition with retention and monetization strategies.
  5. Contribute to budget allocation, forecasting, and scaling strategies.
">Creative Abilities:
  1. Collaborate with the creative team to brief, conceptualize, and test ad creatives.
  2. Design and run creative test campaigns with structured methodologies.
  3. Analyze creative performance using key metrics and translate findings into actionable creative insights.
  4. Establish creative refresh cycles and rotation strategies.
">Collaboration & Operations:
  1. Act as the primary liaison with ad networks, agencies, and internal cross-functional teams.
  2. Lead the day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  3. Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to influence product and marketing decisions.
">Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
  • Proven expertise with major ad platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners including event setup and analysis.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition key performance indicators.
  • Ability to run re-engagement campaigns and leverage Mobile Measurement Partner + platform data for targeting and predictive analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
