We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to help us scale our digital performance across multiple markets.

This role is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute data-driven Google Ads strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conversions using Google Analytics 4 and in-platform tools.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with business goals.
  • Build and manage multi-market media strategies tailored to local behaviors and insights.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving ROAS and CPA.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking setup.
  • Experience in Southeast Asian markets (SG, MY, TH, ID) is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus.
