About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and innovations in digital marketing.
