As a leader in supply chain digital transformation, you will drive the enhancement of procurement, planning, third-party manufacturing, and distribution processes through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive supply chain strategy to optimize operations, focusing on service levels and cost-to-serve models.

  • Identify key data sources to enhance visibility and accuracy in procurement decisions and planning & distribution processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize data science initiatives driving operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Advanced Analytics and Modeling for Supply Chain Optimization

  • Deploy scientific replenishment strategies in trade markets.
  • Design predictive AI/ML models to enhance demand forecasting accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and improve supplier performance evaluation.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Across Functions

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on data science methodologies and the value of data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between data science team and business units to ensure data solutions meet operational requirements.

Master Data Governance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across data science initiatives.
  • Protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Team Leadership and Development in Data Science

  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts focused on procurement and supply chain challenges.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall capabilities and effectiveness.

Represent the function in external forums and academic collaborations.
