Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to oversee paid media strategy and drive innovative campaigns that deliver tangible results.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive individual who can turn every paid dollar into real growth opportunities.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels to maximize performance and collaboration with content and creative teams.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in scaling high-impact paid campaigns, a strong analytical mindset, and hands-on experience with key analytics tools.

The ideal candidate will be based in CA or available during PT hours and possess a flexible schedule to accommodate the demands of the role.

Bonus points if you have startup or remote work experience

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in performance-driven digital marketing
  • Proven ability to scale high-impact paid campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills; hands-on with key analytics tools
  • Clear communicator with strong reporting skills
  • Based in CA or available during PT hours
  • Startup/remote work experience is a plus
