As a seasoned professional in the field of program management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our technical programs.

The Program Analyst is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of complex projects, ensuring seamless progress and operational efficiency. This involves coordinating across multiple teams, monitoring schedules, budgets, risks, and priorities to deliver high-performance CPU IP integrated into Qualcomm SoCs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project planning, coordination, and delivery alongside top engineering talent
  • Negotiate project scope, timelines, and resource allocation to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Lead cross-functional discussions to establish project milestones, plans of record, tasks, and program policies
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate status updates to senior management and executives

Additional responsibilities include managing team productivity, identifying and mitigating program risks, and developing processes to enhance overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project landscapes and drive results-oriented outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of program management or related work experience
