Job Title: Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support commercial property transactions as a key member of our team.

This role involves handling lease documentation, maintaining data accuracy, collecting property-related information, preparing client presentations, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process lease documents, maintain and update lease agreements, renewals, and amendments efficiently.
  • Track lease-related deadlines to ensure timely follow-ups and minimize delays.
  • Enter and update property, client, and lease data accurately in company systems for seamless tracking.
  • Generate regular reports for internal use and ensure data accuracy across platforms for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with survey teams, conduct basic research, and compile property information to provide comprehensive insights.
  • Maintain updated records of clients and tenants and communicate with them as needed for effective relationships.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using PowerPoint/Google Slides and ensure property details are clearly reflected for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with Sales, Admin, IT Support, and Accounts to ensure smooth transaction flow and optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field for a strong foundation.
  • 2–3 years of experience in data management, coordination, or administrative support (real estate or related industry preferred) for relevant skills.
  • Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills for efficient task completion.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with different teams for a cohesive work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Slides) for streamlined workflow.
  • Basic knowledge of property management software is a plus for enhanced productivity.
