Job Title: Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist

This role requires a seasoned commercial property acquisitions specialist to identify and acquire suitable retail properties for our Lenskart stores across their respective region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers to identify potential sites. They will also negotiate final rentals, landlord scope of works, and other critical aspects of property acquisition.

Liaising with internal departments and external partners is crucial to ensure smooth store launches. Developing and maintaining a pipeline of growth opportunities through organic growth and acquisitions is also essential.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in location and catchment analysis is also required.
