Job Role:

Senior Commercial Real Estate Professional

This role is designed for a dynamic professional with at least 2 years of prior corporate experience eager to build a career in the Commercial Real Estate business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, client meetings, and strategy discussions.
  • Undergo training on all aspects of commercial real estate including deal structuring, leasing models, market trends, and client servicing.
  • Conduct site inspections and visits within Bengaluru to showcase properties to potential clients.
  • Engage in business development activities including following up on leads, networking, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Build and maintain rapport with internal stakeholders (design, legal, projects) and external stakeholders (brokers, consultants, corporate clients).
  • Support in deal closures, preparation of proposals, and documentation.
  • Leverage AI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital platforms to work smartly and efficiently.
  • Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner during meetings and client interactions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of prior corporate experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in AI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital platforms.
