Commercial Real Estate Financial Management Position

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Process Management: Utilize advanced proficiency in Yardi software to manage financial processes, including journal entries, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and review financial reports using Yardi, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and optimize accounts payable/receivable workflows within Yardi, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, facilitating audits.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within Yardi and implement best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • Yardi Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi software in a real estate or property management setting.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
