Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft high-quality patent applications for cutting-edge inventions in information and communication technologies.
  • Lead prosecution projects, developing effective response strategies and crafting compelling responses to office actions.
  • Create well-structured provisional specifications and complete patent applications with precision-crafted claim sets.
  • Train and mentor team members on various technical areas.
  • Mentor interns and trainees on technology domains and guide them on drafting and prosecution work.
  • Apply process knowledge to deliver consistent results in assigned tasks.
  • Work independently on projects, including creating processes for client deliverables.
  • Analyze issues and provide recommendations to enhance team performance.
  • Utilize tools to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Contribute to the hiring process by preparing test papers and conducting candidate interviews.
  • Oversee specialized technical assignments for team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or technology from a reputable institution.
  • Exceptional domain knowledge in ICT.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution, with at least two years of experience in the US jurisdiction.
