About the Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a Fund Manager to join us as a 40% Equity Partner in our Arbitrage-focused Exempt Fund based in Dubai. This strategic partnership offers an exceptional opportunity for an individual to contribute capital and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy, ensuring risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators to maintain transparency and governance.
  • Develop investor confidence through regular reporting and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual with a background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.

The selected candidate will have proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
