Job Description:

As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate closely with senior management to source investors, structure deals, close transactions, and evaluate startup potential. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the growth and success of our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Sourcing: Utilize your professional network and research skills to identify investment opportunities through events, referrals, and other channels.
  • Evaluation of Investments: Conduct thorough analyses of business models, financials, market traction, and scalability of potential investments.
  • Due Diligence: Assist in legal, financial, and compliance checks on selected startups.
  • Portfolio Support: Collaborate with portfolio companies on fundraising strategies, growth initiatives, and performance tracking.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth studies of sectors, create market maps, and identify emerging trends.
  • Fund Operations: Support investment memo preparation, reporting to Limited Partners, and internal fund documentation.
  • Ecosystem Building: Represent our organization at industry events, demo days, and founder meetings.
Requirements:
  • Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or startup strategy.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Effective networking skills and a well-established professional network.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
