As a Test Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that software products meet the highest standards by systematically testing and validating their functionality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and report defects, suggesting potential improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience as a Manual Tester with a proven track record.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries.
  • Ability to document errors meticulously and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Expertise in test case execution, bug reporting, and defect tracking.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech).
