Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development process, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our software products.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Execute Test Plans: Develop comprehensive test plans to identify defects in software applications and ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our development teams to develop and implement automated testing frameworks that meet our business needs.
  • Identify and Report Defects: Identify defects in software applications and report them to our development teams in a timely manner.
  • Develop and Maintain Test Cases and Scripts: Create and maintain detailed test cases and scripts to ensure our software meets our quality standards.
  • Conduct Exploratory Testing: Perform exploratory testing to identify unknown issues and improve our software quality.
Requirements:
  • 4+ Years of Experience: We require at least 4 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Java and Selenium: You must have proficiency in Java and Selenium.
  • Experience with BDD and Cucumber: Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Cucumber is a must.
  • Bilingual in Japanese: You must be bilingual in Japanese with a minimum N1-N4 level.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in QA Automation: Certification in QA automation or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
