We are seeking a talented Software Quality Assurance (QA) and Engineering professional to join our team. This exciting role involves designing, developing and implementing software solutions that meet user requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from initial analysis to deployment.
  • Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
  • Write well-designed, testable code in languages such as Java, Ruby on Rails or .NET programming languages like C++ or JScript.NET.
  • Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility of software systems.
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures to ensure high-quality output.
  • Document and maintain software functionality, troubleshoot issues and deploy new features.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar roles.
  • Experience designing interactive applications with user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to develop software in Java, Ruby on Rails, C++ or other programming languages.
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies like Hibernate.
  • Experience developing web applications using popular frameworks like Spring MVC.
  • Proficiency in test-driven development and software engineering tools.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications effectively.
