Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and refine job descriptions, track and report on recruitment progress to achieve hiring targets across the organization.
  • Resources Planning: Manage and monitor HR & Admin strategies in accordance with group business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Implement processes to measure employee performance and provide regular feedback.
