Job Title: Chief Delivery Strategist

As a seasoned delivery expert, you will play a pivotal role in leading and facilitating the successful implementation of large-scale Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, and monitor Program Increments (PIs), system demos, and ART ceremonies to ensure seamless delivery of business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features that align with organizational goals.
  3. Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks to guarantee project success.
  4. Ensure alignment of delivery objectives across front-to-back functions, including technology, operations, and business teams.
  5. Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams by promoting best practices in scaling frameworks such as SAFe.
  6. Provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years in a similar delivery leadership role.
  • Proven track record of running large-scale Agile Release Trains (SAFe or equivalent).
  • Experience working with critical financial systems, preferably Murex or similar trading/risk platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
