Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to lead our HR operations, managing a team of over 500 employees across multiple functions.

About the Role:
  1. Payroll & Compliance:
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Manage compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and labour laws.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Management:
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all departments.
    • Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Act as the first point of contact for staff concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    • Mediate conflicts and foster a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.
  4. Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs across departments and coordinate with internal teams.
    • Drive skill enhancement programs to improve productivity and service quality.
  5. HR Administration & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
    • Generate HR reports for management on manpower, attrition, payroll costs, and compliance status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in large-scale retail, automotive, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll processing, and HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
