Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads and scales the company's talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives, managing a recruitment team, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent for various roles.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective, long-term recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff, as necessary.
  3. Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  4. Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  5. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to continually optimize the talent acquisition process.

Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Plan and direct activities of recruiting staff in carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, evaluating applicant qualifications and any other recruiting related activities.
  2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support business growth in operations.
  3. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; assign targets and ensure hiring deadlines are met.
  5. Build a strong talent pipeline for high-volume roles like AR Callers, Medical Coders, and Billing Executives.
  6. Optimize sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
  7. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, background checks, and documentation requirements.
  8. Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics, and report on hiring effectiveness.
  9. Manage relationships with external agencies and staffing partners as needed.
  10. Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility in the space.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in Bulk Hiring.
  • Prior experience leading a team of recruiters.
  • Prior experience recruiting for profiles is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a high growth environment or startup preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficient with ATS platforms (preferably), Excel, and hiring dashboards.
  • High sense of integrity and honesty, and proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
