Revenue Officer Job Description

The Revenue Officer is a critical role in driving sales growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners.

This role involves optimizing existing franchisee performance, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging strong relationship-building skills within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Franchise Network Development: Identify prospective franchise partners and conduct feasibility assessments to negotiate franchise agreements.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through both direct sales and franchisee channels.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Franchisee Management: Onboard new franchisees with detailed product training and compliance guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support—regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching—to ensure targets are met.

Market Intelligence: Gather competitor data, track market developments, and feedback insights to the regional sales head.

Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports. Liaise with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, medical affairs) to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
