Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT staffing business development or inside sales and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and connect with decision-makers.
  • Pitch delivery capabilities and set up qualified meetings.
  • Grow new business opportunities within US-based staffing firms and tech companies.
  • Coordinate closely with delivery and recruiting teams to align prospect needs.
  • Maintain lead data, track KPIs, and manage CRM activity.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in US IT staffing business development or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Knowledge of tech staffing and IT job roles.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours.
  • Hands-on with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
