HCM Solutions Expert

As an HCM solutions expert, you will be responsible for leading implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and other related systems.

  1. You will provide strategic guidance to clients on the implementation of these systems.
  2. Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  3. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and other related systems.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
