Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Role

This role involves delivering expert Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to clients, leveraging extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including payroll, core HR, absence management, talent management, time & labor, benefits, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions, driving process improvements and recommending innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing, ensuring the quality of the delivered solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on the functional aspect, with hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, especially in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL.
  • Understanding of the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are advantageous.
