We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Oracle HCM Consultant. As a seasoned expert in Human Capital Management, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for our HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS is essential.\
  • Strong knowledge of process flow, setup, and common solutions to HCM modules is required.\
  • HCM functional consultants should have experience in at least three modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.\
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions is necessary.\
  • Strong experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula is desirable.\
  • Possess strong knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.\
  • Provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business processes.\

Requirements:
