Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training sessions.

About the Role:

• Deliver online/offline training sessions on Oracle Fusion HCM modules\
• Design and prepare course content, practical exercises, and real-time case studies\
• Mentor learners with assignments, projects, and interview preparation\
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and releases\
• Support learners in certification guidance\
• Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and growth\
• Cultivate strong relationships with learners, fostering a sense of community and belonging\
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement\
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement curriculum\
• Contribute to the development of new courses and programs\
• Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure delivery excellence\
• Continuously evaluate and improve training methods and materials\
• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM applications\
• Engage with learners through various communication channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing\
• Manage and coordinate logistics for training events, such as venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment\
• Provide administrative support to learners, including processing paperwork and managing records\
• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry professionals and organizations to enhance learning opportunities\
• Collaborate with other departments to align training goals with business objectives\
• Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other events\
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns\
• Monitor and analyze training metrics to inform future improvements\
• Develop and implement plans to increase learner engagement and retention\
• Collaborate with IT staff to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless technology integration\
• Lead or participate in special projects as assigned by management\
• Perform other duties as assigned by management\

Requirements:

• \
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM\
• Strong knowledge of modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting\
• Prior training or mentoring experience (preferred)\
• Excellent communication and presentation skills\
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment\
• Passion for teaching and guiding learners towards career success\
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices\
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines\
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances\
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms (desired)\
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training events and conferences\
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed\
