Oracle HCM Time and Absence Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Time and Absence Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Oracle HCM Time and Absence modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Time and Absence configuration and implementation, strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Absence modules and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Time and Absence modules
  • Business Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations
  • Solution Design: Design and implement time and attendance solutions aligned with organizational needs and compliance requirements
  • Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to integrate Oracle Time & Absence with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ year experience in Oracle HCM Time and Absence configuration and implementation
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Absence modules and business processes
  • Additional Skills: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs for interfacing is a plus
