We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Specialist & Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer management department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system while maintaining strong client relationships.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a dynamic team, drive business transformation, and enhance customer experiences. You will oversee customer management, project activities, upselling, cross-selling, and overall account health to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM platform for maximum efficiency and user-friendliness.
  2. Data Management: Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates.
  3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  4. Customer Management: Develop personalized strategies to engage and retain customers.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  6. Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed reports on customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance.
  7. Use CRM analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  8. Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
  9. Understand client business goals and align company solutions to meet those needs.
  10. Monitor client satisfaction and address issues proactively to maintain high retention rates.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in customer management, account management, project management, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and marketing automation tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, client-focused with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
