About the Role

As a Customer Success Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty and retention within our subscription-based business model. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure customer success, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product development and improve overall customer satisfaction.

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required, along with 10+ years of relevant industry experience. Additional qualifications include:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, preferably with large, complex accounts.
  • Ability to travel frequently to customer locations, as needed.
