Project Lead Position:

This senior-level role involves guiding complex architectural and master planning projects from conception to completion. As a Project Lead, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop comprehensive project plans, and establish key performance indicators.
  • Project Execution: Direct architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure effective project execution, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative work environment, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members to optimize performance and achieve project goals.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects meet quality standards and specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills and Tools:
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and other design software is required.
  • Prior experience working on-site and familiarity with USGBC standards are advantageous.
