Software Architect Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to lead the design and development of our complex software systems. As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant services.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of technical engineering leadership experience and 5 to 10+ years of experience in large-scale distributed system development. They should have hands-on operational experience and be passionate about building large-scale, back-end services and APIs using modern architectures.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant software systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers on software development best practices.
  • Collaborate with product management to envision future features and plan product roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and modern infrastructure operations.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Understanding of test strategies including Unit Testing, BDD, and TDD.
