Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead interior design projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for space planning, preparing detailed construction drawings, and developing hyper-realistic 3D views.

This role involves end-to-end project management while ensuring the final design aligns with client expectations and delivers both functionality and aesthetics.

  • Create detailed space planning layouts and construction drawings.
  • Develop hyper-realistic 3D views and presentations for client approvals.
  • Select and manage FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment).
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure design solutions are aligned with client needs.
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices wherever applicable.
  • Supervise site execution to maintain design intent and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field and 3–10 years of professional experience in interior design.

They should have proven expertise in space planning and construction drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, or similar design software, and strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.

Additionally, they should possess excellent project management, communication, and team collaboration skills, as well as experience in sustainable design practices.
