Architectural Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced design-focused architect to lead innovative architectural projects. This role involves driving creative design concepts, strategies, and solutions for interior and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovative Design Thinking: Spearhead design-thinking initiatives, infusing creativity and innovation into architectural projects while surpassing traditional drafting methods.
  • Design Leadership: Lead the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations, demonstrating expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Take charge of planning and developing design concepts, integrating artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Working & Detailed Drawing Expertise: Proficiently execute Working & Detailed Drawings with precision, overseeing project compliance and design integrity.
  • Rendering Mastery: Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.
