Job Title

We are seeking an expert 3D visualiser with in-depth knowledge of commercial interior design to join our team. As a key member, you will collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to create realistic, high-quality 3D models and renderings for commercial spaces.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design concepts for commercial interior design and build.
  • Create detailed 3D models and photo-realistic renderings of commercial interior spaces, including interior walk-throughs and video animations.
  • Develop textures and materials that enhance the realism of 3D visualizations, ensuring a high level of detail.
  • Revise and refine 3D models and renderings based on feedback from design teams and clients to meet their vision and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization and commercial interior design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visualizations.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure cohesive and consistent design outputs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Commercial Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a 3D Artist in the commercial interior design sector.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Strong visual and spatial design skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
