Interior Design Manager

As a senior interior designer, you will lead and manage design output for commercial and hospitality interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate design projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with sales and design leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations.
  • Act as project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Evaluate and improve the design process to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide guidance on budgeting, scheduling, and project execution to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design.
  • Proven track record in leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
  • Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution.
  • Ability to lead teams and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
