Architectural Leader Sought

As a seasoned architectural leader, you will spearhead the design of semiconductor manufacturing facilities, pharma manufacturing facilities, life sciences manufacturing facilities, data centre facilities, electric vehicle (EV), and automotive manufacturing plants.

The focus will be on cleanroom modelling and documentation from basic design to detail design and construction support.

You will be responsible for project management for complex building construction projects in concept/basic and detail design phases, development of sophisticated solutions from concept development to detail for a wide variety of building typologies, and management of the project team with responsibility for the content and business of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in design and implementation planning - Cleanroom
  • Experience in using Autodesk Revit is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • High architectural design standards and technical competence
  • Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Social skills and enjoyment of independent work
  • Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) / Master of Architecture (MArch)
