**Job Title:** Senior Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Leader to oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Sr. Project Leader will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. They will also ensure that all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards and communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.

**Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
