Job Title:

Technical Lead for Robotics Motion Control Systems

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to oversee the development of our robotics motion control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics and software architecture, with expertise in control theory, algorithms, and real-time motion systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap for motion control software in next-generation robotic platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and researchers to design and implement advanced control systems.
  • Collaborate with hardware leaders to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Drive compliance with global robotics safety standards and ensure system-level validation through simulation and HIL testing.
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to develop intelligent motion control solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Electronics, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in robotics/motion control software, including 5+ years in leadership/architect roles.
  • Proven expertise in C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, and ROS/ROS2, EtherCAT, CANopen, or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with RTOS/Linux environments and strong background in safety standards and system resilience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive innovation and excellence in a fast-paced environment.
