About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for envisioning future features, planning product roadmaps, and defining solution architectures that align with business needs. They will facilitate collaborative design discussions and drive design reviews, ensuring seamless integration between teams.

A strong understanding of software engineering principles, modern infrastructure operations, and technology stack is essential. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience with technologies such as C# (.NET Core), TypeScript & NestJS, Node.js, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), UI frameworks (React.js, Angular), CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and relational and NoSQL databases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving engineering best practices for high-functioning software engineering teams through effective use of tools and automation
  • Building robust, high-scale, generic, and reusable solutions
  • Mentoring and training an engineering community on development best practices

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for building large-scale, back-end services and APIs using modern architectures. Demonstrable knowledge of data structures, asynchronous architectures, and distributed algorithms is required. Experience with deployment and observability strategies that support continuous delivery and high availability in a cloud-native environment is also essential.

A minimum of 15+ years of technical engineering leadership experience, with 5 to 10+ years of experience in large-scale distributed system development, including hands-on operational experience, is required for this role. AWS/Azure Developer and architect certification is a plus.
