Project Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the execution of architectural projects from initiation to completion.The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in managing similar projects, collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure timely delivery and successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:• Develop project plans, define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.• Manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.• Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks to meet project deadlines.• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and team members.• Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.• Ensure smooth working relationship between clients and internal teams.• Develop detailed project briefings after capturing all requirements from clients and sales teams.• Maintain CRM records and perform invoicing and payment realization tasks.• Collaborate with team leads to develop project implementation and delivery plans.Qualifications:• Proven experience as a Project manager or similar role.• Excellent client servicing and accounts management skills.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in project management software and tools.• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
