Job Title: Technical Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of our Medicaid healthcare system architecture. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality technical documentation and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the overall system architecture
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration details, and implementation guidelines
  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, workflows, and data flow diagrams
  • Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to align architecture with requirements
  • Provide guidance on technology stack, integrations, scalability, and security best practices
  • Review solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare and Medicaid-specific standards
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide architectural recommendations

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Technical Architect in the healthcare domain, preferably Medicaid
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions
  • Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (UML, ERD, workflow models, etc.)
  • Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI X12, HIPAA compliance)
  • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Medicaid systems / government healthcare programs
  • Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Candidates with experience in similar roles and industries may have an added advantage
