A trusted technical leader, domain-level architect, and mentor, you will drive technical direction, cross-team execution, and elevate the engineering bar by creating scalable systems and shaping culture.

  • Backend Development: Strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures required for Python, Java, C#, or Golang.
  • Data & Messaging: Proficiency in Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo).
  • System Design & Architecture: Understanding of Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Reusable frameworks, Shared libraries.
  • AI & Innovation: Adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, AI-first engineering practices.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Strong technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, org-wide technical direction.

8-15 years of experience required.
