Job Title: Technical Lead

We're seeking a seasoned technical lead to drive innovation and excellence within our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of full-stack engineers.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to plan and deliver new features, ensuring seamless execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security, identifying and addressing technical blockers as needed.
  • Build a high-trust, collaborative team culture by fostering open communication, providing regular feedback, and promoting growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership to evolve engineering processes, tools, and best practices, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate software development and improve engineering efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS.
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
  • Experience working in Agile teams, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines.
