Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead our architectural team and drive project delivery excellence in India and globally. This is a well-placed role for someone who wants to take ownership of project oversight, organization, and client coordination, while ensuring delivery to global quality standards.

The successful candidate will act as our architectural lead on projects maintaining day-to-day client project contact, responsible for all aspects of technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration. They will lead design teams and client meetings, produce detailed meeting minutes, and undertake preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of the project design programme.

Key responsibilities include communicating resource needs to account managers and associates, creating, updating, and managing project-related financials and resourcing data in our internal project management software, and maintaining the Project Quality Control System. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring financial performance, reporting back to account managers or responsible associates, and raising any issues that may affect agreed fees.

In addition, they will lead contract administration processes, ensure clients meet their responsibilities, and motivate, support, and manage a team, demonstrating ability to get the best out of their team. They will mentor, encourage, and contribute to individual career development, inspire and promote company values within the team, and ensure teams are aligned with company policies and procedures.
