Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled technical support specialists to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for resolving technical issues efficiently and empathetically, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support via voice (calls), chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN connectivity, Microsoft Office 365, driver installations, Active Directory, basic networking, and operating systems.
  • Utilize ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M to log and manage incidents.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and IT support trends.
  • Participate in training and upskilling programs as required.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Mac, etc.) and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
